CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVE
Flexbolig is a term used for houses that have separate rules for residence requirement than normal houses. This means that a “Flex House” can be used as an extra family home, much like a summer house.
However, the “flex houses” rules are quite complex, and Lolland Municipality therefore wanted a marketing channel to explain the concept and its benefits to the right target group.
We created a campaign with 3 influencers, who could explain the “Flex House” concept through the eyes of potential buyers, and promote this as an attractive option for young families in Copenhagen.
The campaign included personal content from the influencers’ visits to Lolland and in-depth descriptions of what a “Flex House” is. All combined with aesthetic pictures, inspiring the readers to explore this part of Denmark.
Campaign goal: Generate awareness around the “Flexbolig” concept and highlighting the geographical area as an attractive place. All in order to attract new residents to the area.
